Hi! I'm Sam, a final-year PhD student in Physics at University College London, having previously attained an MSc in Theoretical Physics from King's College London, and a BSc from the University of York. My journey in physics and mathematics began at King Edward VI College, Stourbridge, where I won the Rupert Deakin Memorial Prize for my A Level performance.
I offer tutoring services for postgraduate, undergraduate, A Level, and GCSE students in physics, mathematics, and programming. My expertise also extends to Machine Learning, my PhD specialisation. During my time at University College London, I have had the privilege of teaching many undergraduate modules in the physics department, covering a wide range of topics from Python programming and mathematics to quantum mechanics and statistical mechanics.
Alongside this, I have also been actively involved in mentoring and supervising final-year projects for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, and I am eager to share my passion for the natural world and academic experience to help students achieve any of their academic goals.
When I'm not immersed in the world of physics and teaching, I enjoy pursuing my hobbies which include climbing and travelling.
